How to play
  • Goal: bring all four of your pieces home to the centre.
  • Rolling: count the sticks that land flat side up (1–4). If all four land round side up, you score 8. Each player rolls from their own pachar tray under their box – tap it (or the Roll button) when it glows. Choose a pachar style for every seat in the menu.
  • Bonus rolls: a 4 or an 8 earns another roll; a 1, 2 or 3 ends your streak. Every number you collect joins a pile that you may spend in any order – choose a number, then tap a piece. Beware: exactly three identical 4s (or 8s) followed by a 1, 2 or 3 are forfeited.
  • Opening: a 1, 4 or 8 opens your pieces. One piece opens all four, and that number also moves it.
  • Moving: pieces travel anticlockwise around the outer track, starting from your own pachar cell. Pachar cells are safe havens.
  • Capturing: land on a lone enemy piece to send it to jail and earn a bonus 4. Cells holding two or four pieces are protected; if one team holds exactly three, one of them can still be captured. Teammates never capture each other.
  • Jail: a captured piece waits in its captor's box. Roll a 1, 4 or 8 to break it free – that number is spent on the rescue, not on movement.
  • Pakki: complete the outer lap and land exactly on your own pachar cell to make the piece Pakki. It leaves the board and rests, immune, in your box (gold ring). Redeploy it whenever you like; the arrow cell counts as its first step.
  • Going inside: at your arrow cell you choose – turn into the inner ring or keep circling the outer track. In Free play you may enter whenever you wish. In Classic rules, as soon as any piece of yours has captured an enemy, all your pieces may enter (in team play, the whole team may).
  • Eights: if any of your pieces is on the outer track, an 8 must be played with it – never with a piece circling the inner ring.
  • The centre: circle the inner ring as often as you like. After one complete inner lap, landing exactly on your arrow cell lets you step into the centre – or keep circling.
  • Team play: partners sit opposite. Open your own pieces first; from your next turn, once your partner is open too, you may spend any of your numbers on their pieces. If all your pieces are home, keep rolling and play your numbers for your partner. A team wins when all eight of its pieces are home.
  • Boxes beside the board: β˜… pakki pieces, β›“ enemy pieces held in jail. The small figures show how many pieces are on the outer track (β—‹), inside the ring (β—Ž), home (βœ“) and jailed (β›“).
  • Online: tap the globe to create a room and invite friends by link or WhatsApp. Use πŸ’¬ to chat and 🎀 for voice. Empty seats are played by the computer.
  • Stuck? If no move is possible, your turn passes. The first player (or team) to bring every piece home wins.
